Shaft motion - Bearings and bearings housing INA - KVK
Shaft-based linear guides are high-performance linear motion systems used in a wide range of industrial applications. They consist of a shaft and linear bearings that provide smooth, precise, and reliable movement. These guides are suitable for machine building, automation, CNC technology, and other fields requiring high accuracy and durability. Shaft-based linear guides are a preferred choice for projects that demand compact design, easy installation, and resistance to load and wear.
INA was founded in Herzogenaurach, Germany in 1946. The company started out manufacturing handcarts, but also invented the caged needle bearing, leading to a deeper focus on precision products and helping the company develop into bearing manufacturing. For decades, INA has been synonymous with precision quality, in-depth knowledge and manufacturing expertise. Today, INA products are used in industry, with new solutions being developed daily. In 2001 INA bought FAG and the name of the combined company is Schaeffler Group. The company invests heavily in development and has over 24,000 active patents and patent applications. There are over 2,300 new patent applications every year, making it the second most innovative company in Germany according to the German Patent Office.
