These sleeves are supplied as a set with a lock nut and lock washer. For sleeves with an inner diameter equal to or greater than 140 mm, designs with oil ducts allow the use of a hydraulic method for mounting and dismounting.
Withdrawal sleeves are also suitable for mounting bearings with a tapered bore onto a cylindrical shaft. They facilitate easier dismounting of the bearings, as the bearing fit can be released using a lock nut applied to the withdrawal sleeve. Lock nuts and locking devices (lock washers, locking clips) are not included in the delivery set and must be ordered separately. For sleeves with an inner diameter equal to or greater than 150 mm, designs with oil ducts allow the use of a hydraulic method for mounting and dismounting.
