Open-ended timing belts
Linear timing belts, also known as open-ended timing belts or timing belts by the meter, are designed for precise power transmission and linear motion applications. They can be used as open belts for linear drives or joined into endless loops through mechanical or thermal connection.
They are made of polyurethane or rubber reinforced with steel, Kevlar, or carbon cords, ensuring excellent wear resistance, dimensional stability, and resistance to oils, temperature variations, and chemicals. These belts are widely used in linear drives, CNC machines, conveyor systems, robotics, industrial automation, and packaging equipment.
