Automatic lubricators – CONCEPT

The automatic lubricators from the Concept family support the correct lubrication of both rolling and sliding bearings as well as gears or chains. The important thing about them is that the lubrication is carried out with the right amount of lubricant at certain intervals. This prevents the most common cause of damage to rolling bearings: insufficient or incorrect lubrication. About 90% of the bearings are lubricated with grease. Re-greasing with the correct amount of grease at the correct intervals will greatly extend the service life of the rolling bearings.

Concept 1

CONCEPT1 is the low-cost entry-level product for automatic lubrication. It is easy to use, robust, Ex-certified and meets protection class IP68. It is therefore suitable for many areas of application and is available pre-filled with Schaeffler ARCANOL high performance grease or as an empty refillable unit, so you can use your own grease or oil. This reduces waste, protects the environment and saves maintenance costs.     

Concept 2

This lubricator is suitable for lubrication with grease or oil. There are two lubrication outlets that can be controlled separately. The outputs are controlled by piston pumps, each of which performs one dosing process when activated. The dosing process can be operated by internal pulses (integrated timer) or external pulses (PLC).

Grease cartridge are available in 250 cm3 sizes, filled with Schaeffler ARCANOL grease or empty, which the customer can fill with their own grease or oil. Grease or oil is delivered to the machine through a hose. An integrated multi-function interface is used for 24 VDC power supply and I/O communication with external control systems. Alternatively, a rechargeable version of the lubricator is also available, which does not have a multifunctional communication interface.

Concept 4

This lubricator is suitable for lubrication with grease or oil. There are four lube line outlets that can be controlled separately in groups of two. The outputs are controlled by piston pumps, each of which performs a dosing process for each activation. The dosing process can only be triggered by external pulses (PLC). Grease fillers are available in 400 cm3 sizes, filled with Schaeffler ARCANOL grease or empty, which the customer can fill with their own grease or oil. Grease or oil is delivered to the machine through a hose. An integrated multi-function interface is used for 24 VDC power supply and I/O communication with external control systems.

Concept 8

This lubricator is suitable for lubrication with grease or oil. It has a maximum of eight lubrication line outlets that can be controlled separately in groups of 2. The outlets are controlled by piston pumps, each of which performs a dosing process when activated. The dosing process can be triggered by internal pulses (integrated timer) or external pulses (PLC). Grease fillers are available in 800 cm3 size, filled with Schaeffler ARCANOL grease or empty, which the customer can fill with their own grease or oil. Grease or oil is delivered to the machine through a hose. An integrated multi-function interface is used for 24 VDC power supply and I/O communication with higher-level control systems.
