Optibelt KB BLUE POWER 2
Optibelt BLUE POWER 2 is a high-performance V-belt with a highly flexible aramid cord.
In combination with our special cover fabric, its flexibility is increased. At the same time, all the belt parts used are protected from external influences (such as dust or abrasion).
The superstructure and substructure consist of a high-performance ethylene propylene compound (EPDM), reinforced with transverse fibres. This makes it possible to achieve a higher power transmission capacity.
This increased power transmission capacity makes the optibelt BLUE POWER 2 suitable even for heavily loaded drives, such as in heavy-duty mechanical engineering applications.
With the optibelt BLUE POWER 2, an efficiency of 97% is achieved.
New to this belt is the color marker. Optibelt ensures that belts marked with the same color code can be used without being measured as a set.
Each single OPTIBELT BLUE POWER 2 belt and Kraftband is color coded.
Each color denotes a specific belt code used in the set.
Each color indicates a specific length range within the V-belt tolerance range.
